This workshop is not open for public registration. Participation is by invitation from the fellowship programme Directors only, to ensure it specifically targets GI fellows, and it is held at the Al Muhammadiyah Simulation Center, KFSH&RC, Riyadh. This form registers you for Saudi Endoscopy Days (13–14 November) only.

Flat fee: SAR 500 (includes conference registration). Nomination is only confirmed once paid — if you were nominated, contact your fellowship programme Director for your invitation and payment instructions.
