About the meeting
Saudi Endoscopy Days is the Saudi Gastroenterology Association's flagship endoscopy meeting, held in collaboration with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties. The 2026 edition runs 12–14 November in Riyadh across three days. Day 1 (Thursday 12 November) is a hands-on pre-conference workshop for GI fellows at King Faisal Specialist Hospital, directed by Dr. Aymen AlMuhaideb and Dr. Ahmad Bazarbashi, featuring focused talks, five live cases for fellows, eight hands-on stations (hemostasis, defect closure, luminal stenting, polypectomy, ERCP 101, EUS 101, endoscopic suturing 101, EndoFLIP 101), and an evening EndoFLIP dinner lecture. Days 2–3 (Friday–Saturday 13–14 November) are the main scientific programme at the King Salman Auditorium, King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Center, featuring distinguished international faculty (Amit Bhatt, Christopher Thompson, John Pandolfino, Aziz Aadam, Giuseppe Vanella, Vinay Dhir, Amyn Haji, Mariano Gonzalez), live cases from KFSH Riyadh, and live cases streamed from S.L. Raheja Hospital Mumbai, Hospital Universitario Puerta de Hierro Madrid, King's College Hospital London, and Northwestern University Chicago. The programme spans foundations and frontiers in endoscopy, functional lumen imaging (EndoFLIP), bariatric endoscopy, AI and emerging technologies, complications in endoscopic practice, round-table case discussions, the transition from fellowship to independent practice, and video case presentations.
