About AMBER

AMBER aims to establish a comprehensive, prospective national database for EoE patients across Saudi Arabia. The registry facilitates the collection of clinical data of interest for clinical care practice, and carries out collaborative multicentre studies using clinical data.

Inspired by successful international models such as the European EoE CONNECT registry (39 centres, EUREOS consortium), the Swiss SEECS cohort study, and the US CEGIR consortium, AMBER represents the first comprehensive national EoE registry in the region.

Regulatory Compliance

AMBER complies with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and is HIPAA-aligned. All data is encrypted and monitored with full audit logging of all access.
