Overview
The GI Endoscopy Nursing Workshop & Hands-On is a practical training day for endoscopy unit nurses and technicians, held the day before the 16th Saudi Digestive Disease Forum (SDDF 2026) opens in Jeddah. The morning covers endoscopy unit safety, sedation, and patient monitoring, followed by reprocessing and infection control; the afternoon moves to hands-on stations covering assisting common procedures (EGD, colonoscopy, ERCP) and recognising and responding to emergencies in the endoscopy suite. Registration is SAR 500.
